Cancellation Policy

Meraki Nature Camp

By booking accommodation at Meraki Nature Camp, you agree to the following cancellation terms, in accordance with Croatian law.

Payment

• The full amount must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 4 months before the arrival date:
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before your scheduled arrival date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation within 4 months before the arrival date:
If you cancel your reservation less than 4 months before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Voucher Option

For cancellations within 4 months before the arrival date, the paid amount cannot be refunded but may be converted into a voucher, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Vouchers are:
• Valid for 2 years from the original arrival date.
• Non-transferable to other individuals.
• Redeemable in a single booking (cannot be split across multiple stays).
• Not exchangeable for cash.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive without prior notice (no-show), no refund or voucher will be provided.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Meraki Nature Camp is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather conditions
• Pandemics or health crises
• Acts of war or terrorism
• Government restrictions or strikes

In such cases, we will offer either:
• A voucher to reschedule your stay, or
• A refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations.

Changes to Confirmed Bookings

• Rescheduling requests are possible, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
• In some cases, an administrative fee may apply, depending on the nature of the change.
• Price differences may apply if the new dates fall in a different season or pricing period.

Liability Disclaimer

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
• Meraki Nature Camp reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any amendments will not affect existing bookings unless required by law.
